Ownership, history and permitted use of the Echoingwalls™ name, branding and original content.

1. Echoingwalls identity and founding
Echoingwalls™ Music is the music-publishing, media and entertainment company founded in 1999 by musician and composer Dexter Nelson. The Echoingwalls name identifies the company and its activities across publishing, music, media, entertainment and related services.
The statement Since 1999 © Echoingwalls™ Music identifies 1999 as the company’s founding year. It does not mean every work on our websites was created or first published in 1999.
2. Trademark use
Echoingwalls™ is claimed as a trademark of Echoingwalls Music. Our preferred presentation is Echoingwalls™ Music, with Echoingwalls written as one word and the trademark symbol immediately after Echoingwalls.
The ™ symbol indicates a trademark claim. This page does not assert federal trademark registration or use the registered trademark symbol.
3. Brand and service context
The Echoingwalls name appears in company websites, publications, business communications and promotional materials. Echoingwalls Music operates the company website at echoingwalls.com, its publications, and the Music Sense platform. Related products and services may carry their own names and notices.
4. Referring to Echoingwalls
Music Sense names and service identity
The following names identify Echoingwalls Music’s platform, related offerings and named services in their Music Sense context:
- Music Sense™ — the artist publishing, discovery and music-business platform.
- FanBox™ — the fan and customer relationship service for artist communication, purchase libraries and download access. Write FanBox as one word, with capital F and B.
- Music Pool™ — the digital album service for grouping songs, managing albums and presenting album pages and sales. Write Music Pool as two words.
- Music Sense Radio — the related radio and programming identity.
- Music Sense for Artists and Music Sense for Business — the platform’s artist and organizational service offerings.
Named platform areas also include Artist Room (the public artist presence), Publishing Studio (artist editorial publishing), Audio Manager, Video Manager and Mobile Center. These names document the platform’s service vocabulary; listing a descriptive module name here does not claim exclusive rights to ordinary words in every context.
Music Sense™, FanBox™ and Music Pool™ are claimed marks used by Echoingwalls Music for the services described here. Their introduction dates are separate from Echoingwalls Music’s 1999 founding date. Use the names accurately and do not apply them to unrelated services in a way that suggests they are provided, licensed or endorsed by Echoingwalls Music.
References and brand permissions
You may refer to Echoingwalls Music accurately in reporting, reviews, commentary and other lawful references. Use the correct name and do not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or authorization that has not been granted.
Use of our logos or branding as part of your own product, service, advertising, domain name or account identity requires written permission unless otherwise permitted by law. Do not alter our branding or use it in a way that could confuse people about who provides a product or service.
5. Copyright in company materials
Original company-owned text, artwork, graphics, photographs, software and other creative materials are protected by copyright where applicable. Unless a specific license or written permission says otherwise, rights in those materials are reserved.
Public access to a website does not grant permission to republish, sell, distribute or adapt its content. Linking to a public page is welcome. Uses permitted by applicable law, including fair use, remain available.
6. Artist and third-party rights
Artists, contributors and other rights holders retain their respective rights in music, recordings, videos, photographs and other materials unless a separate agreement provides otherwise. Our company copyright notice does not claim ownership of every work displayed, linked, embedded or offered through Echoingwalls Music or Music Sense.
A purchase, download, membership or access to playback grants only the rights stated in the applicable terms or license. It does not automatically grant synchronization, public performance, redistribution or other reuse rights. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Permissions and rights inquiries
For permission to use company content or branding, contact us through our contact page. Include the material or mark, its page URL, the intended use, where it will appear and whether the use is commercial.
For a copyright or trademark concern, identify the material, its exact URL, the rights you hold or represent, and your contact information so we can review the request.
8. Documentation scope
This page records our public brand presentation and rights policy. Historical websites, dated publications, business records and other original materials provide the underlying evidence of particular uses. The founding year alone does not establish the first commercial use date for every mark, product or service.

Echoingwalls Music began as a brick-and-mortar business in Garner, North Carolina, in 1999. Its website followed in 2001. The documents below form part of the historical record of the company, its name and its services.
