Refunds & Cancellations

1. Echoingwalls Music maintains a high standard of service and excellence. We will gladly refund any purchase made, in full amount, and with no further obligation to the buyer, provided that such request for refund/cancellation is made within 90 days after the purchase is made. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no obligations.
2. If you placed an online order using Paypal and would like to cancel your service subscription, click here to cancel your service subscription.
3. If you placed an offline order, including credit card purchases, please call our offices during business hours, (Monday-Friday, between 9:00am & 11:00pm). The toll free number is 1-877-505-0476.
4. Refund/Cancellation requests for all purchases after the 90 day grace period must be in writing. Please send your written request to Echoingwalls Music, 571 Rock Pillar Road, Clayton, NC, 27520.

Subscription information are securely by the respective financial institutions and used only to process recurring transactions. Only information that is required for customer contact is retained by Echoingwalls Music.
3. Privacy & Disclosure: All of your information is deemed private and is treated as such. We will at no time share, sell, or distribute your information in any form to any third party for any reason without your direct consent, or when required to do so by government authority.
